We are looking for a Chief Engineer to work on a Cutter Dredger. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the dredger and all associated equipment. Overseeing the work of engineers, and operators and ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with the vessel’s safety management system.
Chief Engineer Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the dredge and associated equipment
- Ensure compliance with the safety management system
- Inspect and maintain equipment
- Supervise deck crew, engineers, and operators
Details
- Location: Abu Dhabi;
- Duration: 6-8 weeks on/off;
- Start: ASAP;
Requirements
- National COC;
- National Seaman's book;
- European Union passport;
- Valid STCW certificates;
- MLC Medical certificates;
- Fluent English (Marlins English Language Test);
- Covid-19 full vaccination;
- Experience on dredgers preferred;
- Good references.
