We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Officer who has experience on a Heavy Lift Vessel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing vessel operations and a proven track record of leading a team in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of vessel operations, including safety, navigation, cargo operations, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Manage and lead a team of officers and crew members, including mentoring and training junior staff
- Coordinate with onshore and port personnel to ensure efficient and timely cargo operations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on vessel operations, safety, and maintenance
- Monitor vessel performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Implement and maintain a high standard of safety culture and procedures onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience on the same type of vessels;
- National COC and Seaman’s book;
- Experience with HLV
- Full Covid-19 Vacintation
